Odisha Elections 2019: BJD Forms 37-Member Manifesto Committee

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) today formed a 37-member manifesto committee that will prepare the party’s manifesto for the coming elections in the State.

 Party supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today announced the committee will be headed by Bedprakash Agarwal.

Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, Prasanna Acharya, Mangala Kisan, Kasturi Mohapatra and Padmanav Behera are Co-Chairpersons of the panel.

Other members of the Committee are AU Singh Deo, Bhartruhari Mahtab, Atanu Sabyasachi, Arun Sahoo, Sudam Marandi, Ramesh Majhi, Rabi Nanda, Nalini Pradhan and Naba Das.

Besides it, farmer leaders, women, youth, student and IT wing members are also included in the committee, sources said.
