Balasore: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated Balasore youth Alok Bhanja and his family for bringing laurels for the State by being qualified to be a scientist in the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Naveen said that hard work always brings in success and Alok is a burning example of it.

Alok Bhanja, 20, from Praharajpur Village in Bhogarai of Balasore District has been qualified to be a scientist in the ISRO.
He has topped among 7 lakh applicants who had applied as a research scientist in the ISRO. Alok's father Dayanidhi Bhanja is a vegetable farmer.
According to reports, Alok will be imparted training in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) as well after completion of his graduation apart from the ISRO.
Alok completed his HSC from Bhogaria's Shraddhapur High School and +2 Science from Vidyanjali College in Seragada.
